前中国财政部副部长

金立群自 1980 年起到中国财政部工作,先后任外事财务司副司长、世界银行司司长。1995年任财政部部长助理,1998 年任财政部副部长,并兼任中国人民银行货币政策委员会委员。2003-2008 年出任亚洲开发银行副行长。2008-2013 年,任中国投资有限责任公司监事长。2013-2014 年,任中国国际金融有限公司董事长,同时也是国际财务报告准则基金会全球22 位受托人之一。2014 年 10 月,出任亚投行多边临时秘书处秘书长。2015 年 8 月当选为亚投行侯任行长。金立群一直积极从事国际经济事务。2012 年,金立群获美国 - 亚洲协会授予的 “ 杰出国际公共事务奖 ”。金立群毕业于北京外国语学院(现北京外国语大学),获英美文学硕士学位。后分别在乔治华盛顿大学和波士顿大学经济系研究生院学习,从事经济学研究,回国后获高级经济师职称。

Mr. Jin Liqun has been in charge of the preparatory work of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) until his election as the President-designate. Prior to that Mr. Jin was Chairman of China International Capital Corporation Limited, China’s first investment banks. From 2008 to 2013, Mr. Jin served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, China Investment Corporation (CIC). From 2009 to 2012, Mr. Jin served first as Deputy Chairman, and subsequently as Chairman of the International Forum of Sovereign Wealth Funds (IFSWF). From 2003 to 2008, Mr. Jin was Vice President, and then Ranking Vice President of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in charge of programs for South, Central and West Asia, and private sector operations. Mr. Jin joined the Ministry of Finance in 1980, where he served as Director General and Assistant Minister, and became Vice Minister in 1998. Mr. Jin was a Member of the State Monetary Policy Committee and was a Member of Foreign Policy Advisory Committee of Chinese Foreign Ministry. Earlier in his career Mr. Jin also served as Alternative Executive Director for China at the World Bank and at the Global Environment Facility as well as Alternative Governor for China at the ADB. He has been deeply engaged in bilateral and multilateral economic and financial forums, including the China-US Joint Economic Committee, the China-UK Economic and Finance Dialogue, APEC Finance Ministers' Meeting, ASEAN Plus Three, and the G-20. Mr. Jin holds an M. A. degree in English Literature from Beijing Institute of Foreign Languages (now Beijing Foreign Studies University). He was also a Hubert Humphrey Fellow in the Economics Graduate Program at Boston University from 1987 to 1988. In September 2012 Mr. Jin was awarded the Distinguished International Civil Service Award by the U.S.-Asia Institute.
