Visit the registration page and follow the prompts to complete the registration details as requested. We suggest that you print a copy of your registration prior to submission.

Transfer/Cancellation Policy

Should you be unable to attend the Forum, a substitute delegate is welcome.  All cancellations or alterations to registration must be made in writing to the Forum Secretariat

1. A full refund, less 10% processing fee will be made on those received before Nov. 14, 2016

2. A refund less 20% processing fee will be made on cancellations received between Nov. 14 and Dec 1, 2016.

3. No refund will be made after Dec. 1, 2016.

4. All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the Forum

 

It is a condition of registration that full payment is received prior to November 21st. If full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted.
