Transfer/Cancellation Policy

Should you be unable to attend the Forum, a substitute delegate is welcome. All cancellations or alterations to registration must be made in writing to the Forum Secretariat.

A full refund, less a cancellation fee of 10% processing fee will be made on those received before NOV. 14 2014;

A refund less 20% processing fee will be made on cancellations received between Nov. 14 and Nov 20 2014;

No refund will be made after Nov. 20 2014;

All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the Forum.

It is a condition of registration that full payment is received prior to the commencement of the Forum. If full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted.
