In terms of quantitative easing, “the Bank of England was the most aggressive by expanding its balance sheet by 333%.  The US FED has done a 252% expansion.  But the latest data by Bank of Japan shows expansion of just 51% since the end of August 2008.  With all the expansion they have pre-announced, which is very positive, that number by end of 2015 will be 166%.  It is still not as aggressive as the other central banks.”
