Global Presidium of NEXT Federation: The virus knows no boundaries and the world should unite and face the challenge together

On February 18, Peter Goodfellow, President of Global Presidium of NEXT Federation and other members of the Presidium jointly sent a message of condolences to Secretary General Li Baodong, expressed their support to the Chinese people of fighting against the Coronavirus outbreak.

In their message, the Presidium expressed their firm support to the Chinese people and deep condolences to the deceased. They commend the firm determination of the Chinese government.

President Peter Goodfellow said, NEXT Federation had mobilized its Council members and partner enterprises in New Zealand and other countries to make donations and contribute medical supplies to support China. This virus knows no boundaries. The world should unite and face the challenge together.

The message of condolences is also signed by former Egyptian Prime Minister Dr. Essam Sharaf, former Indonesian Minister of Manpower Prof. Bommer Pasaribu, former Vice President of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank Dr. Jae Hoon Yoo and President of Governance and Administration Committee of New Zealand Dr. Jian Yang.

NEXT Federation is a non-profit, independent international organization with headquarters in Auckland, New Zealand. It defines itself as a resource integration service platform in international public relations. The purpose of NEXT Federation is to promote global innovation, cooperation and sustainability. Its main functions are seeking optimal practices, sharing advantaged resources, and improving public relations. At the invitation of NEXT Federation, the Boao Forum for Asia plans to host a conference in Auckland in the near future.
